2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility.

3. Services & Usage

DINUHOST provides digital services only. All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility.

You agree to use our services lawfully and not for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Spamming, phishing, or malware distribution

  • Copyright or trademark infringement

  • Unauthorized access or hacking

  • Activities that may harm our infrastructure or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All services are provided on a prepaid basis.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made on or before the due date to avoid service suspension.

  • Failure to renew services may result in data loss, which DINUHOST is not responsible for.

5. No Trial & No Refund Policy

  • DINUHOST does not offer trial services.

  • All payments made are non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

  • This applies to hosting, domains, servers, development work, POS systems, and marketing services.

6. Domain Registration

  • Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed.

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable.

  • DINUHOST is not responsible for domain suspension caused by registry rules or incorrect customer details.

7. Service Availability & SLA

  • We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime, subject to our SLA.

  • Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control are excluded from uptime calculations.

  • DINUHOST does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Backups & Data Responsibility

  • While we may provide backup facilities, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

  • DINUHOST is not liable for data loss due to customer actions, software issues, or external factors.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, logos, and materials on the DINUHOST website are the property of DINUHOST or its licensors.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Third-Party Services

  • Some services rely on third-party providers (data centers, payment gateways, domain registrars).

  • DINUHOST is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policies.

11. Suspension & Termination

DINUHOST reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payments are overdue

  • Services are misused or abused

  • Legal or regulatory requirements demand it

12. Limitation of Liability

DINUHOST shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Data loss or service interruptions

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the current billing period.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DINUHOST from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
